Testimonials and Reviews........
'Kevin O'Connell is a chef, and a very good one at that. But
away from thekitchen he forages, he finds, and he prepares, and his tonics and
concoctions are very good indeed: meadowsweet and rhubard cordial; sprouted
chickpea hummus with sugar kelp; hawthorn jelly; irish seaweed sprinkle. These
are lovely, life-giving foods, so hunt them down at Farmer's Markets and in
shops such as Diva [Boutique Bakery & Deli].'

I take great pleasure in highly recommending Kevin, if you want to really wow your guests, then look no further ! Kevin and his team are extremely professional and a dream to deal with. They have catered for many events at Glebe Country House and will most definitely do so again.
